Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in product development/manufacturing.
• Current PMP or pursuing certification.
• 3+ years PM experience in manufacturing or construction.
• ERP/CAD familiarity (IFS or SAP; AutoCAD).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects across manufacturing, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document goals, KPIs, and risk mitigation.
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, and progress reporting.
• Report status weekly and to leadership monthly with automated ERP/BI insights.
• Escalate critical risks and drive timely issue resolution.
• Foster teamwork and effective cross-functional collaboration.
