Job summary

Linda Werner & Associates is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager III to drive cross-functional legal, privacy, and regulatory approvals in a remote United States setting. You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders across Legal, Engineering, and Business Ops, and ensure timely decisioning and documentation for launches.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, clear executive communication, and process improvement to streamline future reviews and approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent legal, privacy, regulatory, or compliance approval processes against fixed deadlines.
• Strong experience coordinating complex projects across Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to gather, organize, validate, and manage documentation and evidence required for formal approval processes.
• Experience navigating large, matrixed organizations and engaging stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive status reporting and risk escalation.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn unfamiliar internal systems, tools, and established review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple legal, privacy, and compliance assessment workstreams, ensuring approvals within timelines.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and Business Operations to coordinate assessments.
• Manage intake, review cycles, and remediation activities while identifying gaps and blockers.
• Navigate complex orgs to engage subject matter experts and decision makers.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and submission of technical docs and third party agreements.
• Establish priorities, track milestones, monitor dependencies, address risks impacting deadlines.
• Prepare concise status updates, outline progress, requirements, ownership, and next steps.
• Facilitate discussions between technical teams and business stakeholders to accelerate approvals.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to review/approval workflows.
• Maintain records of approval scope, decisions, and supporting docs for consistency.
