Job summary

itD is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to drive legal and privacy approvals for platform and data-integration launches. You will coordinate multiple workstreams to meet fixed launch dates in a remote-capable role with Pacific time preference.

The position emphasizes program management, compliance workflows, and cross-functional coordination across Legal, Privacy, and Engineering teams. Duration is 3 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience managing parallel legal, privacy, or compliance approvals against fixed launch dates.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Evidence-gathering and documentation discipline across legal, engineering, and business partners.
• Experience navigating a large matrixed organization to mobilize SMEs and contacts.
• Crisp written status reporting and blocker escalation to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to onboard quickly and independently to unfamiliar internal tooling and review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple legal and privacy risk assessments to approval in parallel against fixed launch dates, prioritizing launch blockers.
• Scope assessments with Legal and Privacy partners and re-scope to protect timelines.
• Gather, validate, and submit required evidence and documentation with engineering and data partners.
• Coordinate contract and third-party agreement documentation as inputs to review.
• Manage assessment intake, review, and remediation cycles end to end.
• Publish recurring leadership status updates with owner, next steps, and risk timelines.
