Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex CRM marketing initiatives. You will partner with Technical Services and Engineering to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding client engagements and ensuring profitable outcomes.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-functional planning, stakeholder communications, risk management, and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and Agile/project management practices.
• Experience with CRM, Email, SMS and CDP; enterprise PPM tools (Jira, Rally, VersionOne).
• Operations and delivery experience with a database/technology company.
• Strong communication skills for complex issue translation and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across lifecycles; leadership and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and management; define scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Support Product Owner and governance; drive process improvements and Agile practices.
• Resolve issues, escalate risks, and ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Mentor teams, remove roadblocks, and promote sustainable pacing and high quality.
