Job summary

Zeta Global Corp. is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing CRM marketing projects. You will collaborate with Technical Services and Engineering, manage resources, and ensure quality data-driven solutions for enterprise and mid-market clients.

Strong PM, data integration, and leadership are essential. The role emphasizes cross-functional planning, governance, and proactive risk management to deliver profitable client outcomes from initiation

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle models and Agile and traditional project management principles.
• Experience with CRM, Email, SMS and CDP; familiarity with enterprise-level PPM software (Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).
• Operations and technical project delivery experience with a database or tech company.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to educate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing and rolling out business and operational processes.
• Ability to interface with diverse stakeholders and senior management.
• Ability to set expectations regarding scope, timeline and quality of deliverables.
• Creative problem-solving with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
• BA/BS required; MA/MS a plus
• Excellent written and spoken communication with business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing projects including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Establish project governance and drive cross-functional planning and coordination.
• Be the primary day-to-day owner of delivery, ensuring timely decisions and accountability.
• Support Product Owner in managing customer expectations and governance.
• Define and drive a well-defined project management process and continuous improvement.
