Job summary

Zeta Global is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics to prescribe performance-oriented marketing and analytics strategy for client acquisition efforts. The role partners with Sales, Client Success, Operations, Engineering, and Data Cloud to deliver actionable insights and support growth initiatives.

You will contribute to dashboards, testing frameworks, and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, working with a globally distributed analytics team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Analytics, marketing measurement, and campaign optimization.
• Expertise in advanced analytics tools and Business Intelligence tools.
• Proven experience designing and scaling experiments in a digital environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Data & Analytics: translate data into insights, identify performance drivers, and craft narratives.
