Job summary

JPMorganChase in Palo Alto is seeking a Technical Project Manager III to lead complex technology programs from initiation through delivery and ongoing support. You will partner with internal customers and cross-functional teams to define scope, govern delivery, and align outcomes with business priorities.

You will drive decisions, manage risks, and translate needs into clear plans using cloud, data center, and architecture fundamentals, while applying AI-enabled governance to accelerate planning

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project or program management experience leading complex initiatives.
• Strong communication and influence with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• End-to-end delivery experience across scope, schedule, risks and governance.
• Analytical problem-solving and ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Technical fluency with modern platforms and production-ready delivery.
• Experience using AI-enabled governance and validating AI-assisted outputs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with internal customers, ensuring readiness and continuity.
• Facilitate governance and transparent status reporting with stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; escalate and drive timely resolution.
• Collaborate across software engineering, QA, product, and operations to define deliverables.
• Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis while ensuring data sensitivity.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review.
