Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead full project lifecycles and influence decision makers.
• Proven stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical fluency with platforms and tools used by engineering/infrastructure teams (M365, Jira, Confluence, Verum, ServiceNow).
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and delivery blockers.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with organization and clear communication.
• Experience producing clear project reporting and written investigations.
• Experience in technology industry or software engineering.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risk recommendations with data handling awareness.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support PM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end project plans translating objectives into scope, milestones, resources, and timelines.
• Drive delivery across multiple concurrent projects and unblock teams to achieve outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technology, and operational risks with actionable strategies.
• Maintain a portfolio of projects and risk metrics aligned to cybersecurity, vulnerability, and resiliency.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID, and status narratives with proper validation.
• Promote AI-assisted governance artifacts with human review and delivery standards.
• Monitor dashboards and reporting to surface trends and drive corrective actions.
• Write investigations and status updates supporting governance and leadership reviews.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, site reliability, production management, and information security to deliver requirements.
• Support modernization and cloud adoption initiatives across applications.
• Track project costs and progress for hardware and software upgrades to ensure spend transparency.
• Influence stakeholders to resolve trade-offs and maintain alignment to goals and controls.
• Evaluate platforms, tools, and vendor products to enable effective implementation decisions.
