Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice with a focus on power, renewable energy, diversified energy, and technology clients across North America. This hybrid role can be based out of any ERM office in the USA.

You will provide senior technical leadership in ecological resources, restoration, and permitting, while building long-term client partnerships and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Strong knowledge of North American energy markets (conventional and renewable).
• Proven business development track record with multi-million-dollar programs.
• Expertise in HCPs and regional permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement in Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and permitting.
• Support clients through planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Mentor staff and project managers; collaborate with partners to drive growth.
• Drive project delivery with safety and quality objectives.
