Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice across North America, focusing on power, renewable energy, diversified energy, and technology clients. The role is hybrid and can be based in any ERM office in the USA.

You will lead in biological resources, ecological mitigation, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting while mentoring multidisciplinary teams and expanding ERM's market presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Proven leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement in Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support regional and national growth initiatives.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
