Job summary

ERM is seeking a Technical Partner to grow our Natural Resources practice in North America. This hybrid role can be based in any ERM office in the USA and involves leading biological resources, ecological restoration, and environmental permitting for major energy projects.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams and expand ERM's market presence through strong client relationships. The role combines technical leadership, business development, and strategic oversight to deliver complex

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Leadership in mitigation and ecorestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America.
• Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement activities within the Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support regional and national growth initiatives.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
