Job summary

ERM seeks a Technical Partner to advance our Natural Resources practice across North America, focusing on power, renewable energy, and technology sectors. The role is hybrid and open to candidates based in any ERM office in the USA.

You will provide senior technical leadership in biological resources, ecological mitigation, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting, while expanding ERM's market presence and capabilities.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in environmental consulting.
• Leadership in mitigation and ec orestoration, including endangered species and habitat conservation.
• Deep understanding of conventional and renewable energy markets in North America.
• Strong business development track record, generating and delivering multi-million-dollar programs.
• Expertise in HCPs and regional permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and client engagement within Power, Diversified Energy, and Technology sectors.
• Provide senior technical leadership for biological resources, ecological restoration, habitat conservation, and environmental permitting programs.
• Support clients through project planning, permitting, construction, and operations phases.
• Develop and grow key client relationships while identifying opportunities for additional services.
• Mentor and develop technical staff and project managers.
• Collaborate with ERM partners and service line leaders to support growth initiatives.
• Drive project delivery excellence while meeting financial, safety, and quality objectives.
