ThrivePass, Inc. is seeking a Technical Senior, Lifestyle & Tuition to join the Operations team. You will ensure exceptional client experiences and drive process improvements across Lifestyle and Tuition programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead special projects, train new hires, and help optimize data flows while aligning with ThrivePass CARE values.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a US-based remote option and a salary of $55k-$60k with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 1–3 years in Operations, Benefits Administration, or related field.
• Strong customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented with ability to learn proprietary tech.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams.

Responsabilidades

• Generate innovative ideas to improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
• Serve as SME for Lifestyle and Tuition operations.
• Lead projects focusing on efficiency and scalability.
• Manage escalations, audits, and KPI-driven tasks.
• Support reporting, UAT, and client implementations.
• Train new hires and provide QA feedback.
