Job summary

ThrivePass, Inc. is seeking a Technical Senior, Lifestyle & Tuition to join the Operations team. You will ensure exceptional client experiences and drive process improvements across Lifestyle and Tuition programs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead special projects, train new hires, and help optimize data flows while aligning with ThrivePass CARE values.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a US-based remote option and a salary of $55k-$60k with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years in Operations, Benefits Administration, or related field.
  • Strong customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to learn proprietary tech.

What You’ll Do

As a Technical Senior, Lifestyle & Tuition, you’ll play a key role in the Operations team, ensuring exceptional client experiences, operational excellence, and continuous process improvement. Your work will directly support client satisfaction, retention, and the successful administration of Lifestyle and Tuition programs.

You will:

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table. We’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Lifestyle and Tuition operations, troubleshooting complex issues and supporting team development.
  • Lead and support special projects focused on operational efficiency, process optimization, and scalability.
  • Manage escalated manual imports, file processing, audits, and issue resolution while meeting established KPIs.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers, Account Managers, Product, and Design teams to identify trends and improve client outcomes.
  • Train new hires, provide quality assurance feedback, and lead team education on new processes and platform enhancements.
  • Perform audits, system maintenance activities, renewals, terminations, and mid-year client adjustments.
  • Support reporting, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), client implementations, and ongoing operational excellence initiatives.
  • Consistently achieve business goals while embodying ThrivePass CARE values.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn proprietary technology platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in employee benefits, HR technology, or benefits administration.
  • Previous experience training, mentoring, or supporting team development initiatives.
  • Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating across multiple teams.
