Job description

We're on the hunt for world-class Thrive expertise across the globe. As our US customer base expands rapidly and our global footprint grows, we're building a team of hands-on platform specialists who can support customers across every time zone, growing the people power behind our industry-best 24-hour support and world-class customer success.

About us

The way we work has changed forever. AI is reshaping every industry, expectations are higher than ever, and skills have never had a shorter shelf life. Yet most organisations are still running disconnected systems, ageing technology and workplace learning nobody wants to use.

We think that's broken, so we built something better.

Thrive is the AI platform reinventing how modern businesses connect people, knowledge, skills and communication in one place. It's where work starts, learning happens, and people get the answers they need to do their best work. More than 3 million people across 60+ countries use Thrive every day, and over 500 organisations - including Google, Vodafone, Volvo, British Airways and Krispy Kreme - trust us to power their people.

This is only the beginning. We're looking for curious people who challenge convention, move fast, and care deeply about building products customers genuinely love.

The Role

We're seeking a passionate Platform Admin Specialist to join our team. You'll work closely with Thrive customers providing hands-on administration support and expert guidance to ensure they maximise engagement utilising the platform’s configurations and features.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and agencies, assertively securing necessary resources to maintain momentum.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, resolving issues quickly and sharing actionable insights.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform configuration and usability to optimize the customer experience.
  • Cultivate account relationships to ensure builds align with customer goals and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a product expert, staying ahead of platform updates and features to provide strategic recommendations and best practices.

  • Hands-on LMS/LXP administration experience, with desired experience having used and managed the Thrive Platform directly in a previous role. You know your way around the platform and can pick it up with minimal ramp-up.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, proactively identifying asset and quality issues.
  • Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with third-party creative agencies and content suppliers.
  • Strong technical aptitude; curious, tech-savvy, and skilled at communicating complex details to diverse audiences.
  • Confident communicator, capable of leading discussions with L&D and marketing stakeholders.
  • Customer-focused mindset dedicated to delivering exceptional user experiences.
Benefits
  • Unlimited holiday
  • Thrive Fridays - reduced Friday hours (10:00–15:00) with no internal meetings
