Job summary

ThrivePass is seeking a hands-on Supervisor, Integration Services to lead a data integration team delivering EDI, API, and other data exchanges across client and partner ecosystems. You will guide delivery, develop team capabilities, and ensure reliable, scalable services while aligning with ThrivePass CARE values.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data integrations and 1+ year of leadership, with strong communication across technical and business teams, and a track record of process

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with EDI, APIs, data integrations or similar.
• 1+ year(s) of people leadership including supervision or mentoring.
• Experience implementing, maintaining, or troubleshooting data integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business teams.
• Ability to improve operational processes and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of data integration professionals with coaching and performance management.
• Oversee delivery and support of EDI, API, and data exchange solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Maintain operational docs and controls for quality and scalability.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for complex integration issues and root-cause analysis.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
