As the Supervisor, Integration Services, you will lead a team responsible for delivering and supporting data integration solutions across ThrivePass's client and partner ecosystem. This player-coach role combines people leadership, technical knowledge, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.
You'll oversee the day-to-day delivery and support of EDI, API, and other data exchange solutions while developing team capability, improving processes, and ensuring reliable, scalable service for our clients and partners.
Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of data integration professionals, including onboarding, training, performance management, and career development.
Manage team workload, priorities, and resource allocation to meet project timelines and service expectations.
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, monitoring, and support of EDI, API, and other data exchange solutions.
Serve as an escalation point for complex integration issues and support effective troubleshooting and root-cause resolution.
Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and workflow optimization across Data Services operations.
Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver effective integration solutions and client outcomes.
Maintain operational documentation, controls, and processes that support quality, consistency, and scalability.
Monitor team performance and operational metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve service delivery.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and problem-solving.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who can combine technical understanding with strong people leadership and operational execution.
A track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing technical or operational teams.
Strong working knowledge of EDI, APIs, data exchange, integrations, or related technologies.
Ability to translate technical issues and requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ability to identify root causes and sustainable solutions.
Experience improving workflows, processes, resource allocation, or team effectiveness.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
5+ years of experience working with EDI, APIs, data integrations, data exchange, or similar integration technologies.
1+ years of people leadership experience, including supervising, coaching, mentoring, or training team members.
Experience implementing, maintaining, supporting, or troubleshooting data integrations.
Working knowledge of common data formats and integration methods, such as EDI, JSON, XML, fixed-width files, APIs, or similar technologies.
Demonstrated experience improving operational processes, workflows, resource utilization, or service delivery.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience within benefits administration, HR technology, payroll, healthcare technology, financial technology, PEO, or another high-volume transaction/data environment.
Familiarity with employee benefits such as HSA, FSA, HRA, COBRA, commuter, lifestyle, or wellness programs.
Experience with benefits enrollment or eligibility data exchanges.
Experience with 834, 837, or other healthcare/benefits EDI transactions.
Experience with PrismHR, Worklio, isolved, or similar platforms.
Experience leading automation, system implementation, or large-scale process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 annually.
