Job summary

ThrivePass, Inc. is seeking an Account Specialist to join our Customer Success team, managing day-to-day client interactions for Thrive Account and Tuition clients while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work closely with Relationship Managers to support client success and retention, resolve issues, and contribute to renewals and client training. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, data-driven KPIs, and a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Account Management, Client Services, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing new technologies and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify client needs and recommend solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Thrive Account and Tuition clients.
  • Deliver exceptional client support through phone and email communications.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to support client success and retention.
  • Provide proactive problem resolution and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and client needs within your assigned book of business.
  • Assist with participant and client training initiatives.
  • Support implementation activities, renewals, terminations, and mid-year client changes.
  • Maintain and update KPIs and performance metrics related to your role.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage system updates and administrative processes accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by supporting peers and sharing knowledge.
  • Consistently achieve performance goals while demonstrating ThrivePass CARE values.

What You'll Do

As an Account Specialist, you'll be a key member of our Customer Success team, partnering closely with clients, participants, and internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
