Job summary

Experis is seeking a Program Manager IV- to join the Client Implementation & Enablement department in Omaha, NE. Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for strategic clients, defining scope and success criteria, while building repeatable frameworks to streamline processes and reduce effort.

You will manage technical integration projects across APIs, data migrations, SSO, and payments, coordinating with engineering, product, security, and third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience including onboarding programs.
• Proven ability to deliver complex integrations (APIs, data migrations, SSO, payments).
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to present to senior executives.
• Fluency in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), REST APIs, and CI/CD concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding programs for strategic clients, defining scope, milestones, success criteria, and acceptance standards.
• Build and implement repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and automation.
• Manage technical integration projects including APIs, data migrations, connectors, and real-time flows.
• Serve as the senior client-facing program lead, facilitating kickoff meetings and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, operations, and vendors.
