ZipStaff seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-visibility client onboarding and implementation programs for a leading financial technology and payments organization.

In Omaha, NE on-site, you will bridge engineering, product, professional services, account teams, and clients to deliver secure, fast time-to-value for new integrations and migrations, owning end-to-end onboarding programs and scalable playbooks that reduce cycle time.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management.
• 3+ years leading technical, client-facing onboarding or implementation programs.
• Experience delivering complex integrations across multiple engineering teams.
• Cloud fluency (AWS/Azure/GCP) and REST APIs; familiarity with CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding programs for strategic clients: define scope, milestones, success criteria, and acceptance.
• Build and run repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and automation to reduce cycle time and effort.
• Manage technical integration projects (APIs, data migrations, connectors, batch/real-time flows) including architecture handoffs and environment provisioning.
• Serve as senior client-facing program lead: run kickoffs, status reviews, steering committees, and executive communications.
