Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Manager to oversee quality and performance across Whiting Mill, Neenah Mill, and Neenah Converting Center. This on-site role requires coordinating among sites, driving improvement initiatives, and ensuring robust quality systems are in place.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in manufacturing quality or technical leadership, a degree in Engineering, and the ability to travel between Wisconsin facilities as needed to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in manufacturing quality or technical leadership roles.
• Ability to travel to customer sites if requested.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction expectations for three facilities and implement improvement strategies.
• Promote safety and quality through site leadership and collaboration across multiple sites.
• Provide technical expertise to modify mill processes to improve quality and profitability.
