Job summary

Mativ Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Mill Operations Supervisor for our Neenah, WI paper mill. This role provides technical guidance to crews on 12-hour shifts, drives safety, quality, and productivity, and partners with maintenance to optimize equipment.

The supervisor will mentor hourly staff, enforce labor agreements, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and a track record of project leadership.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Supervisory experience and a proven track history of successful project management implementation are desired.
• Paper Mill and manufacturing experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct shift supervision to hourly crews, including assignment and direction of work, training, expectation setting, and rule enforcement.
• Communicate day-to-day information on productivity, quality, safety, personnel, and maintenance to shift successors and operations management.
• Drive hourly employee development to maximize individual and collective talent levels.
• Maintain labor relations and ensure compliance with mill policies and the Labor Agreement.
