Job summary

Mativ’s Neenah Converting Center is seeking a Maintenance Manager II to lead the Maintenance Department and drive safety, reliability, and cost-effective maintenance programs. The role reports to the Operations Manager and is based in Neenah, WI.

Responsibilities include directing maintenance operations, implementing preventive maintenance, and leading safety initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years in a supervisor or managerial role preferred.
• Experience in maintenance and engineering in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety-centric leadership and drive a culture of safety across the maintenance team.
• Develop annual maintenance strategies to improve spending and labor efficiency.
• Maintain a robust preventative maintenance system prioritized by equipment criticality.
• Utilize EAM/CMMS to track maintenance execution and cost performance.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
