Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• A minimum of 5 years' managing litigated claims including body injury experience
• Excellent communication skills and client focus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business-related software
• Strong claim negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate highly complex claims litigated potentially with significant impact on results
• Coordinate a litigation plan with defense counsel for cost-effective defense
• Attend depositions, mediations, trials, arbitrations and settlements as required
• Manage diaries and ensure cases move to favorable financial outcomes
• Review legal expenses and evaluate exposure and reserves
