Job summary

Honda South Carolina Manufacturing seeks a Senior Technical Leader to review risk on complex market problems, prioritize resources, and coordinate remedies to resolve customer quality issues. You will work with related organizations to propose actions and ensure timely problem resolution across sites in North America.

The role requires extensive quality leadership experience, with mentoring of category technical leaders, and frequent cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires 12 years of quality-related experience; 6 years Technical Leadership experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronic, electrical technology, mechanical engineering or relevant and strongly-related work experience.
• Technical complex problem solving, communication, and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate problem complexity, rank, and market assessment to assess risk (regulation, safety, business impact).
• Lead complex market problem & P1 resolution projects with internal/external members to optimize resolution speed.
• Communicate issues to decision makers (CIE, Quality executives) and prepare concise summaries to guide actions.
