Job summary

American Honda Motor Company, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Leader to assess risk for complex market problems, prioritize investigations, and coordinate remedies to protect customers and business goals.

The role requires collaboration with internal and external teams, mentoring technical leaders, and ensuring sound technical judgment across the organization. Travel between Ohio campuses and NAQC sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, electrical technology, mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• 12 years Quality related experience; 6 years Technical Leadership experience.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk and market impact, rank issues and register critical ones.
• Lead complex market problem and P1 resolution projects to speed up remediation.
• Communicate complex issues to decision makers and prepare concise summaries.
• Develop technical leaders through mentoring to ensure sound judgment and leadership.
