Honda South Carolina Manufacturing is seeking a results-oriented engineer to lead, create and implement innovative technical activities in mass production and new model programs. You will drive safety, environment, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets by analyzing data and ensuring effective countermeasures across teams.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on improvement in a manufacturing setting, with opportunities for growth and advanced training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with relevant experience (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial or Electrical, etc).
• 2-8 years of experience based on education.
• Computer literate to support industry standard software applications.

Responsibilities

• Communicate upsteam and downstream to assure common understanding and direction.
• Review daily reports to identify quality gaps and develop countermeasures.
• Use data analysis and PDCA to lead and justify solutions.
• Monitor and manage product and processes to ensure quality and control costs.
• Develop self and team through training, mentoring and sharing experiences.
