Job summary

Honda MQ is seeking a seasoned Market Quality technical leader to ensure department results by meeting performance measures and implementing countermeasures as needed.

The role emphasizes technical reviews, leadership, and support for market action promotions across North America, with travel to plants and dealerships. Strong engineering background and at least 8 years in quality engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QIS/QIC technical reviews and support summary development.
• Support Senior Tech Leaders with Market Action promotion (market risk, AH/Legal discussions, presentation material preparation).
• Develop team members through technical leadership and mentoring related to analysis skills and countermeasure promotion.
• Lead Critical Item activity by assessing risk and promoting items to the Critical Problem Management Unit.
• Support A-Rank claim/binning/pre-DAS/DAS activity.
