Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related experience.
• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Manufacturing process knowledge across stamping, welding, assembly, and related areas.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and direct plant/model priority during critical supply situations.
• Implement immediate and long-term corrective actions at critical suppliers.
• Escalate communications and coordinate with Honda management.
• Lead capacity management and other strategic projects to ensure delivery.
