Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) seeks a Technical Lead for Mail & Secondary Screening at the Cheverly Logistics Center, MD. You will lead day-to-day screening, ensure proper documentation, and maintain custody tracking while guiding a small team and coordinating with multiple departments.

Required are 3–5 years in advanced mailroom screening, SOP adherence, and an active Top Secret clearance. Expect hands-on duties and potential for leadership of a subset of staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years progressive mailroom experience with senior/specialized screening.
• Ability to read and follow detailed SOPs and maintain custody records.
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day secondary screening operations and ensure proper identification and release of screened packages.
• Maintain separation of unscreened, screened/cleared, held, and controlled material.
• Ensure screening precedes entry into normal distribution and verify documentation.
• Provide training, guidance, and oversight to a small screening team when assigned.
• Report significant issues and maintain an organized, compliant screening area.
