Job summary

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) seeks a Technical Lead for Mail & Secondary Screening at the Cheverly Logistics Center, MD. This senior, hands-on role requires extensive mailroom experience and expertise in screening equipment, chain-of-custody, and quality control.

The lead coordinates screening activities and provides training to staff. Responsibilities include supervising screening operations, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining readiness of equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate day-to-day secondary screening operations.
• Ensure identified packages go through proper screening, documentation, and release.
• Maintain separation of unscreened, screened/cleared, held, or suspicious material.
• Ensure screening is completed before packages enter normal distribution.
• Monitor compliance with procedures, PPE, handling standards, and chain-of-custody.
