Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on integration projects involving power control and monitoring systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of electric power system control and monitoring; ideally from system integration project delivery.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder requirements and collaborate with diverse teams and customers.
• Understanding of project management best practices within a technical project environment.
• Certifications in ISO27001 Fundamentals or IEC 62443 Fundamentals, or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution with Project Managers to deliver solutions.
• Coordinate project teams, onboarding activities, and project requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with customers, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates and issue management.
• Lead delivery milestones such as FAT, SAT, site installation, verification, and handover.
• Ensure cybersecurity and project delivery align with processes and standards.
• Mentor and support fellow Technical Leads and share knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement of products, processes, and delivery practices.
