Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Sr. Technical Implementation Specialist to own the technical lead integration lifecycle with partner platforms.

You will ensure data accuracy, validate configurations, and optimize lead routing for high-quality lead flow from onboarding through steady-state operations. This role requires 5–7 years in technical, customer-facing positions, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Product Owner or Implementation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights and actionable recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence are essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and validate lead integrations between Goosehead systems and partner platforms.
• Ensure lead data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Monitor lead flow during onboarding and post-launch to identify quality issues.
• Troubleshoot integration issues with partners, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Document integration configurations, test cases, and known issues for internal and partner reference.
• Support go-lives and transitions to steady-state operations with Implementation Managers.
• Analyze lead quality trends and propose improvements to sourcing and validation.

This role focuses on the technical configuration, validation, and ongoing optimization of lead integrations, working closely with partners and internal teams to ensure leads are delivered correctly, routed properly, and meet quality standards.
