Job summary

Goosehead Insurance is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join the Implementation GO Team. You will ensure accurate lead data, configure and validate integrations with partner platforms, and optimize lead flow from day one to support marketing and conversion goals.

The role requires 5–7 years in technical, customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5-7 years in technical, customer-facing roles (e.g., Product Owner, Implementation).
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive presence.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.
• Self-starter with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and validate lead integrations between Goosehead systems and partner platforms.
• Ensure lead data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
• Monitor lead flow during onboarding and post-launch to identify issues related to volume, latency, duplication, or data quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in collaboration with partners, Engineering, and Data teams.
• Support partner implementations by providing technical expertise related to APIs, data mappings, webhooks, and lead routing rules.
• Partner with Implementation Managers to support successful go-lives and transitions to steady-state operations.
• Document integration configurations, test cases, and known issues for internal and partner reference.
• Analyze lead quality trends and work with partners to recommend improvements to sourcing, formatting, and validation.
• Support ongoing enhancements to lead quality standards, monitoring tools, and alerting processes.
