Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a results-driven Sales Solutions Specialist III to serve as the primary contact for a select group of customers. You will foster account growth, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure customer needs are met with timely quotations and responsive support.

You will act as a SME for your product group, stay current with new launches, and help the sales team achieve targets while delivering world-class service and accurate quotes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage inquiries and follow-up tasks.
• Knowledge of pricing, margins, and negotiating skills.
• Understanding of glass systems and effective navigation of CRL’s website and business software.
• Excellent customer service skills, critical thinking, and independent problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service, managing order management, quote turnaround, and inquiry response times.
• Listen to customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
• Document customer interactions in ERP and maintain effective communication.
• Provide accurate quotations and meet SLA for quote turnaround.
• Follow up with customers to maintain and establish account assignments.
