OBE is seeking a Regional Estimating Manager to lead a team of estimators, ensuring accurate bids and timely delivery for projects across the region. You will partner with Sales, Operations and PM to align bids with company capabilities and market conditions, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in estimating or project management within glazing or construction, and the ability to read architectural drawings with precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in estimating or project management in glass, glazing, or construction fields.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications precisely.
• Strong math and geometry skills, with proficiency in estimating software tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of estimators to meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and service.
• Evaluate bid specifications, drawings, and project details to ensure successful bid execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Project Management to align bids with strategy and capabilities.
• Maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Review market pricing and provide insights to guide business decisions.
• Support team development and growth.
