Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Los Angeles is seeking a Specialist III to drive sales support and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary contact for a select group of customers, manage quotes, orders, and inquiries, and liaise with internal teams to fulfill needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and manage inquiries and follow‑up tasks.
• Knowledge of pricing, margins, and negotiating skills.
• Understanding of glass systems and applicable CRL tools.

Responsibilities

• Customer experience: deliver world-class service and manage quotes, orders, and inquiry response times.
• Provide accurate quotations and meet SLA for quote turnaround.
• Document customer interactions in ERP and maintain effective communication.
• Cross-functional communication to support sales targets and KPIs.
• Act as SME in product group and stay updated on new product launches.
