You will own investigations across authentication, authorization, identity, and the visualization stack, and you’ll troubleshoot login failures, broken dashboards, and audit discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep technical expertise and continuously learn as the product evolves.
• Investigate escalations, lead high-stakes technical calls, and drive urgent solutions.
• Run office hours and mentoring sessions, aiding the Global Support Engineering team.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps and drive platform improvements.
• Own the Web Platform across authentication, authorization, identity, and visualization stack.
• Handle escalations related to login failures, dashboards, and audit discrepancies.
• Coordinate cross-product investigations and align teams on outcomes.
• Develop internal tooling to resolve access and UI issues efficiently.
