Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years of experience in presales, sales engineering, solution architecture, product management, professional services or customer success.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, microsegmentation and SASE/SSE architectures.
• Experience with AI security in securing AI workloads and AI-driven interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous updates to the technical pre-sales community on roadmap, lifecycle, and key technical information.
• Collaborate with Product Management/Marketing to create and deliver sales training and technical content.
• Serve as primary technical POC for Sales Engineers and respond to complex customer inquiries and RFIs/RFPs.
• Analyze feature requests, propose workarounds, and relay field feedback to Product Management.
• Guide field teams in designing solutions for complex POCs and strategic deals.
• Develop and maintain product demos with TME and SE teams to showcase Akamai ESG portfolio.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business value narratives for executives.
