Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Enablement Architect to empower our enterprise security pre-sales teams across Zero Trust and SASE/SSE offerings.

You will craft technical content, deliver impactful training, and ensure technical success in complex deals. You will partner with Product Management and Marketing to translate complex capabilities into business value and build compelling demos for executives and field teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, sales engineering, solution architecture, or related fields.
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles and related products.
• Knowledge of AI security for workloads and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to the technical pre-sales community on roadmap and product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product Management/Marketing to deliver training and content.
• Serve as primary technical POC for Sales Engineers with complex inquiries and RFIs/RFPs.
• Analyze feature requests and communicate field feedback to Product Management.
• Guide field teams in designing solutions for POCs and strategic deals.
• Develop and maintain product demos with TME/SE teams.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value narratives for execs.
