Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Sr. Technical Director, Project Management for its Power & Energy Program Management Office in Bethlehem, PA.

You will lead large-scale, complex project management work, ensuring QA/QC aligns with corporate strategy and risk management, and manage budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs. The role requires PMP/CAP-M certification, 15+ years in PM within the A/E/C sector, and strong leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience.
Essential PMP or CAP-M certification required.
15+ years of post-education experience in project management within the A/E/C industry.
Advanced understanding of large-scale project delivery and PM processes.

Responsibilities

Lead the most complex, large-scale projects and ensure teams understand tasks, timelines, and budgets.
Provide proactive leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams and senior staff.
Manage budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and risk contingencies.
Ensure QA/QC alignment with corporate strategy and project management standards.
Collaborate with clients and internal leadership to deliver trusted advisory services.
