Job summary

WSP USA in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Sr. Technical Director, Project Management to lead the delivery of large-scale PM programs in our Power & Energy group. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and QA/QC, align with corporate standards, and mentor a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years of PM experience in A/E/C, PMP or CAP‑M, and a proven record of profitable project delivery and strategic client advisory. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification (PMP or CAP-M).
• 15+ years of post-education PM experience in our industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the most complex, large-scale PM work and ensure QA/QC alignment.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, and risk contingencies.
• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary teams and senior staff.
