Job summary

Premier Brands Group Holdings, a global leader in apparel, jewelry, and accessories design, seeks a Technical Designer with 6+ years of experience. You will own the technical design process from development through production approval, with advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and patternmaking.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity across categories. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in PLM, Illustrator, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical design experience.
• Advanced understanding of garment construction, fit, grading, and patternmaking.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PLM, Illustrator, Excel, and technical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple categories in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead fittings independently and drive fit approval process.
• Develop and maintain specs, grading, and construction standards.
• Partner with Design and Production teams to ensure product integrity and consistency.
• Communicate with overseas factories to resolve fit and construction issues.
• Ensure consistency in fit, quality, and execution across categories and vendors.
• Mentor junior technical design staff and support process improvements.
