Premier Brands Group Holdings is seeking an Associate Technical Designer in New York. The role supports the Technical Designer with ownership of categories and fit processes, progressing toward greater independence while expanding technical expertise across our denim, women’s apparel, and jewelry lines.

Responsibilities include managing fit approvals, preparing fit samples with detailed notes, creating specs and construction details, and collaborating with Design, Production, and overseas

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of technical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and specs.
• Experience with PLM, CADs, and technical packages.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritize deadlines.

Associate Technical Designer

Key Focus:

• Supports Technical Designer with ownership of categories and fit process execution
• Increased responsibility in fittings, specs, factory communication, and construction details
• Able to work more independently while continuing to grow technically

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing fit approval process and sample tracking
• Prepare fit samples, take detailed fit notes, and communicate comments to factories
• Create and update specs, construction details, and technical packages
