Job summary

Premier Brands Group Holdings, a global leader in apparel, jewelry, and accessories design, seeks a Technical Designer with 6+ years of experience. You will own the technical design process from development through production approval, with advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and patternmaking.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure brand integrity across categories. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in PLM, Illustrator, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas factories to resolve fit and construction issues.
• Ensure consistency in fit, quality, and execution across categories and vendors.
• Mentor junior technical design staff and support process improvements.

Technical Designer

Key Focus:

• Full ownership of technical design process from development through production approval
• Advanced fit expertise and independent decision-making
• Strategic cross-functional partner to Design, Production, and factories
