Job summary

Good People Recruitment is partnering with a well-established women’s fashion house to hire a Senior Technical Designer for its woven ready-to-wear line in New York City.

You’ll own the technical side of each style from first sample through production, building complete tech packs, grading specs, and guiding fit across sizes, while collaborating with design, product development, and production to keep the calendar on track.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical design experience.
• Strong command of fit, specs, and patternmaking.
• Working knowledge of PLM, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to juggle many deadlines and changing priorities.
• Clear, confident communication with internal teams and overseas vendors.

Responsibilities
