The Technical Project Manager role is multifaceted, requiring the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery in diverse environments.

You will manage complex engagements, apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods, coordinate stakeholders, mitigate risks, and deliver integrated plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in both agile and traditional project or program management roles.
• Demonstrated track record of successful management of large and complex technology projects.
• Experience in facilitating stakeholder discussions and driving towards outcomes.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in project or program management with full agile life cycle preferred.
• Creative thinking and solutions to complex technical/business problems.
• Ability to establish credibility and trust with clients through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage and lead diverse teams across locations (remote and/or on-site).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s) to deliver business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery.
• Share and implement best practices from Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models as needed by project.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders to facilitate conversations and enable decision making.
• Demonstrated track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements.
• Develop and communicate integrated project plans and roadmaps to monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and triage/resolve critical issues.
• Perform hands-on delivery work including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management as needed.
• Mentor and develop a community of project managers and leaders.
• Proven account management or relevant experience.
