Job summary
Intapp is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to lead the technical delivery of Intapp Open, Time, Walls implementations. You will serve as the technical design authority, mentor engineers, and drive architecture, data mapping and integration work across engaged teams.
You will collaborate with Engagement Managers and Product teams to deliver solutions within scope and budget while maintaining high standards of client enablement and ongoing process improvement.
Qualifications
- 10–12 years in a technical implementation leadership role within SaaS Professional Services.
- Proficiency in web services (SOAP & REST), SQL, and Boomi platform integration services.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communicator — able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical design authority for Intapp solutions throughout implementation.
- Lead functional and technical solution design with the Principal Consultant.
- Act as trusted advisor for all technical aspects of software delivery.
- Lead technical requirements gathering, data mapping workshops, and architectural design.
- Manage and triage design/configuration issues in JIRA; plan sprints.
