Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Services organization in New York. You will shape best practices, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and provide hands-on guidance for the most complex engagements.

You will serve as the technical voice across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering, ensuring maximum efficiency and long-term value for client implementations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS
• Enterprise software architecture experience
• 5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech
• 2+ years hands-on data integrations using Boomi
• Knowledge of cloud, APIs, design patterns, security, and scalability

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best practices for Intapp product implementations
• Collaborate with product and engineering to design multi-product engagement plans
• Create templates and improvements for common configurations in product applications
• Advise on strategic or complex services projects with hands-on implementation when needed
• Guide stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and client solutions
