Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to join our Services organization and shape best practices for delivering efficient, consistent, and high-value client implementations. You will work directly with Product and Engineering teams, providing hands-on guidance for complex engagements and acting as the technical voice across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years in the SaaS industry and enterprise software architecture.
5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech.
2+ years hands-on data integration experience using Boomi.
Extensive knowledge of cloud/middleware, REST & APIs, design patterns, service security, scalability, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products, driving consistency and quality across services delivery teams.
Collaborate with delivery teams to design implementation plans for engagements spanning multiple product segments.
Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product applications and integration services.
Advise on strategic or complex services projects with hands-on technical implementation when needed.
Engage stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions.
